摘 要:为最大限度降低供水系统运行能耗,减少水务企业运行成本,提升智能化管理水平,以水量预测和宏观模型为基础并结合大港油田供水特点,制定泵站节能运行方案,开发了大港油田水务调度系统。在不改变现状设施和条件的基础上,利用泵站优化调度程序优化泵组搭配,使水泵在特性曲线的高效区工作,满足用户的用水量和压力,均衡管网压力,减少富裕水头。在保障管网压力和流量的基础上,利用泵站优化调度程序对滨海水厂泵站运行进行优化后,一个调度周期内的总能耗下降了4.6%,达到了节能降耗、优化运行的目的。In order to reduce the operating energy consumption of water supply system,and the operating cost of water supply enterprises,and to improve the intelligent management level,based on water quantity prediction and macro-model,and to combine with the water supply characteristics of the Dagang oilfield,the energy-saving operation scheme of pump station was formulated and the water supply dispatching system was developed.On the basis of not changing the current facilities and conditions,the pump station optimization scheduling program was used to optimize the combination of pump sets,so that the pump could work in the high-efficiency area of the characteristic curve,meet the user’s water consumption and pressure,equilibrate pipe network pressure,and reduce the rich water head.On the basis of guaranteeing network pressure and flow,dispatch procedure was used to optimize the operation of Binhai Waterworks pump station.Compared with the actual energy consumption of the original operation,the optimized energy consumption during a dispatching cycle was decreased by 4.6%,achieved the purpose of saving energy,reducing consumption and optimizing operation.
