摘 要:为定量评估人口、经济等因素对邛海湖流域水环境的综合影响,建立水环境承载力指标体系和计算模型,应用层次分析(AHP)与指数评价相结合的方法,测算2013—2017年邛海流域水环境承载力,提出水质量和水资源的调控对策。研究表明:邛海流域经济压力指数由2.33逐年增加到3.01,GDP快速增长是水资源短缺的首要影响因素;总磷(TP)和总氮(TN)压力指数呈超负荷波动式增长,最大值为3.60和2.84,水体富营养化是水质量下降的潜在影响因素。水环境承载力呈现超载,水质量对其的影响比水资源更大。理论测算流域内最大承载量:人口为75.1万人、GDP为160亿元、TP为8 t、TN为160 t。In order to quantitatively evaluate the comprehensive impact of population,economy and other factors on the water environment of the Qionghai Lake basin,the index system and calculation model of water environment carrying capacity(WECC)were established.The method of combining analytic hierarchy process(AHP)with index evaluation was applied to calculate the water environment carrying capacity of the Qionghai Lake basin from 2013 to 2017,and the regulation countermeasures of water quality and water resources were put forward.The results showed that the economic pressure index of the Qionghai Lake basin had increased from 2.33 to 3.01 year by year,and the rapid growth of GDP was the primary factor affecting the shortage of water resources;the pressure index of total phosphorus(TP)and total nitrogen(TN)increased in an overloaded and fluctuating manner,with the maximum values of 3.60 and 2.84.Water eutrophication was a potential influencing factor of water quality decline.Water environmental carrying capacity was overloaded,and the impact of water quality was greater than that of water resources.The theoretical calculation showed that the maximum carrying capacity of the basin was population size of 751000,GDP of 16 billion RMB,TP of 8 tons and TN of 160 tons.
