摘 要:某污水处理厂位于淮河中游,设计处理能力为10×104m3/d,最初设计出水水质执行《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB l8918—2002)一级B标准。2014年采用ARP/SSH工艺对污水处理厂进行一级A提标改造。提标完成后,在进水低碳氮比、无外加碳源、无深度处理的条件下,通过ARP/SSH工艺、氧化沟、二沉池共同发挥各自优势,出水BOD5、CODCr达到地表Ⅲ类水质标准,TP优于Ⅳ类标准,NH3-N优于Ⅴ类标准。出水水质大幅提升,实现了一级A全面达标,且吨水电耗略有降低。A wastewater treatment plant is located in the middle part of Huaihe River,with a design capacity of 10×104 m3/d,and the initial effluent quality was designed in accordance with the first-class B standard of the Discharge standard of pollutants for municipal wastewater treatment plant(GB 18918—2002).In 2014,the ARP/SSH process was applied to upgrade the wastewater treatment plant to first-class A standard.After the completion of standard upgrading,under the conditions of low C/N ratio,no additional carbon source and no advanced treatment,the ARP/SSH process,oxidation ditch and secondary sedimentation tank harnessed their respective advantages,with effluent BOD5 and CODCr reached classⅢof the surface water standard,TP was better than classⅣ,and NH3-N was better than classⅤ.The effluent quality had been greatly improved,fully apply with the first-class A standard with the power consumption per ton slightly reduced.
