摘 要:采用简易的三电极电沉积工艺,在Ni泡沫上制备三维超分散金属Pt。SEM测试表明薄膜表面光滑平整,XRD分析与EDS分析表明该薄膜主要为金属Pt。Pt/Ni催化剂在0.5 M硫酸溶液中表现出优异的电催化析氢性能,当电流密度为10 mA·cm-2时,过电位为22 mV,塔菲尔斜率为28.8 mV/dec,与传统Pt块材接近。在1 M氢氧化钾溶液中,Pt/Ni具有优异的析氧性能,达到电流密度为10 mA·cm-2,电位仅需1.265 V,塔菲尔斜率为140 mV/dec。A simple three-electrode electrodeposition technology was adopted,which is a preparation process of three-dimensional hyperdisperse metal Pt film on the Ni foam.SEM shows that the films are almost smooth and flattening.XRD and EDS analysis suggest that the film is mainly platinum metal phase.Pt/Ni film catalyst exhibits excellent electrocatalytic hydrogen evolution performance in 0.5M H 2SO4,which possess an overpotential of 22mV When the current density is 10 mA·cm-2 and a tafel slope of 28.8mV/dec.These properties are close to those of bulk metal platinum.Pt/Ni film has also excellent oxygen evolution performance in 1M KOH solution,reaching a current density of 10 mA·cm-2,a potential of only 1.265V,and a Tafel slope of 140 mV/dec.
