海嫂在海运强国建设中的积极作用

摘　　要：海员是海运业中的一线践行者,是海运业人才的基石。海员在船舶工作中的态度、激情、效果等因素,与海员的配偶——海嫂息息相关。文中利用钻石模型分析了海嫂在建设海运强国及提高海运企业竞争力中的关键作用,从多维度阐述了海嫂助力海员在船工作的积极因素。关爱船员、尊重海嫂,构建有效的社会认同,充分发挥海嫂在建设海运强国中的能量,有利于提高船舶安全管理,增强海运企业的竞争力,加快实现“建设交通强国”的重大国家战略。Seafarers are not only on-site practitioners but also vital source of human resources for the maritime industry.Seafarers’attitude,involvement,and engagement in routine work onboard ships are closely related to their wives.The diamond model is employed to analyze the key roles of seafarers’wives in building maritime power and enhancing the competitiveness of shipping companies,demonstrating the positive factors of seafarers’wives in helping seafarers to work onboard ships from multiple dimensions.It is significant to improve ship safety control,enhance the competitiveness of shipping companies and accelerate the realization of the major national strategy of“building a transportation power”through offering care to seafarers,respecting seafarers’wives,building effective social recognition,and giving full play to the energy of seafarers’wives in maritime power strategy.
