摘　　要：风电概算经评软件价格高、更新慢、灵活性低等缺陷制约了其使用范围,Excel模型也仅限技经专业人员使用。利用VBA,基于Excel模型开发的概算经评软件,具有开发速度快、可视化界面、多种文件类型接口、数据库交互、使用方便、更新维护简单等优点,完美地解决了以上痛点问题,可供行业相关人员广泛使用。Estimate cost and economic evaluation software of wind power plant have many shortcomings,such as high price,update slow,low flexibility,and Excel modules are limited to used for techno-economic analyst.Estimate cost and economic evaluation softwares which developed by VBA and based on Excel module shave many advantages,such as develop fast,visualized GUI interface,multiple file types connector,database interaction,easy to use,update and maintenance simple,can figure out the problems mentioned above effectively and will be used widely.
