摘 要:文章通过分析影响公众电力应急能力的重要因素,构建了以公众为评估对象的电力应急能力评估指标体系,并应用模糊层次综合评价法对深圳市展开实证研究。结果表明,深圳市公众电力应急能力较弱,对此政府应予以重视,并且要针对性地加强公众电力应急知识宣传和教育,增加应急物资储备,加强深圳市公众电力应急能力建设。This paper analyzes the important factors that influence the power emergency capability of the public,the evaluation index system of power emergency capability is constructed with the public as the evaluation object and the fuzzy hierarchical comprehensive evaluation method is used to carry out the empirical research in Shenzhen.The results show that the public power emergency ability belongs to the weak level in Shenzheng,the government should attach importance to this situation,and aim to improve public power emergency capacity in Shenzhen by improving public electricity emergency knowledge publicity and education,increasing emergency material reserves.
