摘　　要：目的:掌握新疆和田地区东部3个县域药用植物资源现状,为县域内药用植物资源的保护和合理开发利用提供参考。方法:按照第四次全国中药资源普查技术方案要求,采用踏查、详查与访问相结合的方式,明确和田地区东部3个县域药用植物资源种类,并对调查数据进行归类和分析。结果:和田地区民丰县、于田县和策勒县药用植物分别有41科128种、46科131种和48科123种,菊科和豆科为3个县域药用植物的优势科;草本为3个县域药用植物的主要生活型,占总药用植物种类的80%以上;3个县域国家重点调查药材种类仅有管花肉苁蓉、胀果甘草、锁阳、罗布麻4种。结论:基本查明了新疆和田地区东部3个县域药用植物资源的本底情况,该区域国家重点调查药材种类虽较少,但资源量相对较大,资源产业化有很大的提升空间。普查结果为加强当地药用植物资源保护和开发利用提供了参考。Objective:To realize the current situation of medicinal plant resources in the eastern three counties of Hetian region of Xinjiang,and provide a scientific basis for the protection and rational development and utilization of medicinal plant resources in the county.Methods:According to the technical scheme requirements of the fourth general survey of traditional Chinese medicine resources,the species of medicinal plant resources in three counties in the eastern part of Hetian region were determined by means of field survey,detailed investigation and interview,and the survey data were classified and analyzed.Results:There are 128 species of 41 families,131 species of 46 families and 123 species of 48 families of medicinal plants in Minfeng County,Yutian County and Cele County,respectively.Compositae and Leguminosae are the dominant families of medicinal plants in three counties;herbs are the main life form of medicinal plants in the three counties,accounting for more than 80%of the total medicinal plant species;only Cistanche tubulosa,Glycyrrhiza inflata,Cynomorium songaricum and Apocynum venetum were investigated in the three counties.Conclusion:The basic circumstances of medicinal plant resources in three counties in the eastern part of Hetian in Xinjiang have been basically identified.Although there are few kinds of medicinal materials under national key investigation in this region,the resources are relatively large,and there is a great space for improvement of resource industrialization.And the results provide scientific basis and research basis for strengthening the protection and development of local medicinal plant resources.
