摘　　要：胆南星为临床常用清热化痰、息风定惊中药。通过查阅和分析历版《中华人民共和国药典》、各地炮制规范及现代研究文献,整理胆南星炮制历史沿革,发现胆南星炮制存在选用胆汁不同、工艺各异、质量标准简单等问题,结合现代研究进展分析,胆南星采用不同胆汁、不同方法炮制具有合理性,但成分存在差异。建议不同原料或炮制工艺的胆南星分开标注,规范管理。Arisaema Cum Bile is a commonly used traditional Chinese medicine in dissipating phlegm,dispelling wind and relieving convulsion.In order to provide evidences for rational processing of Arisaema Cum Bile,we reviewed and analyzed literatures about the historical evolution,Chinese Pharmacopoeia,local processing specification and modern researches of Arisaema Cum Bile.There are several problems,such as various selections of bile liquid,different processing technologies and insufficient quality standard.Based on the latest researches,it is reasonable to use different bile or technologies to process Arisaema Cum Bile,but there are differences in composition.In order to improve the processing technology and quality standard of Arisaema Cum Bile,we suggested Arisaema Cum Bile should be classified and labeled by different kinds of bile and processing technology.
