科技型中小企业融资能力培育策略研究——以江苏省为例

摘　　要：科技型中小企业由于自身和外部因素制约,普遍存在融资难题。通过深入分析江苏省科技型中小企业的主要融资方式、目前可享受到的融资政策和实际所获得的各类融资的情况,并对影响科技型中小企业融资能力的内外部因素进行分析,从提高企业管理能力、明确融资规划和具体需求、提升创新能力显示度、培养相关人才、寻求外部支持等几个方面分别探究了科技型中小企业融资能力提升路径和具体策略,并提出了相关政策建议。The small and medium-sized science and technology enterprises generally have financing problems because ofthe constraints of their internal and external factors.This paper analyzes the main financing methods,available financingpolicies and actual financing situation of small and medium-sized science and technology enterprises in Jiangsu Province,and analyzes the internal and external factors that affect the financing ability.The paths and specific strategies to improve thefinancing ability of small and medium-sized science and technology enterprises are studied from the aspects of improvingenterprise management ability,clarifying financing planning and specific needs,enhancing the display degree of innovationability,training talents and seeking external support,and relevant policy suggestions are put forward.
