摘  要:借助数字孪生概念构建出工程实用级别的半实物仿真框架,通过数字孪生技术实现虚实映射,既可缩短控制器的设计周期,又能提升控制器对被控对象的针对性,还能够将其部署于可编程逻辑控制器(PLC)中。首先利用Simulink进行控制器验证,然后将其部署于PLC控制器中,最后作用于Factory I/O中Water TANK的被控对象。通过半实物仿真实验表明,该方案既能缩短控制器参数调试周期,又可减小硬件调试损耗,验证出数字孪生技术实际应用意义。A semi-physical simulation framework of engineering practical level is constructed based on the concept of digital twin,and the mapping from virtual space to real space is achieved by digital twin technology,which can not only shorten the design cycle of the controller,but also improve the targeting of the controller and be deployed in the programmable logic controller.Simulink is firstly used to verify the controller,and then is deployed in the PLC controller,finally acting on the controlled object of Water TANK in Factory I/O.The semi-physical simulation experiment shows that this scheme can not only shorten the debugging period of the controller parameters,but also reduce the hardware debugging loss,which verifies the practical application significance of the digital twin technology.
