摘　　要：参考文献是一篇研究论文的重要部分,它能反映出一篇研究论文的诸多方面,可一定程度上决定一篇研究论文的质量。通过分析常见审稿过程中如何通过参考文献的数量、语种以及时效性快速判断文章的意义,列举稿件编审过程中出现的不正常引用参考文献的种种表现,并分析背后相关的动因,从思想重视、学术不端社会化管理、新技术的运用以及出版的视角,就如何杜绝此类学术不端行为提出了具体对策,以期营造一种健康向上的学术研究氛围。Reference is an important part of a research paper,which can reflect many aspects of a research paper,and determine the quality of a research paper to a certain extent.The paper analyzes how to quickly judge the meaning of the article through the number of references,language and timeliness in the common review process.The various manifestations of abnormal citing references in the actual process of editing and reviewing manuscripts are enumerated,and the related motivations behind them are analyzed.From the perspectives of ideological attention,academic misconduct,social management,application of new technologies and publication,specific countermeasures are put forward on how to prevent such academic misconduct in order to create a healthy and progressive academic research atmosphere.
