摘　　要：14000 m3/h制氧机组制氩系统发生馏分量无法抽取问题,先后三次投运了制氩系统,对三次投氩情况,进行了讨论分析,采取了一系列措施,氩系统工况恢复正常,并提出后期完善工作。The argon production system of the 14000 m3/h oxygen generating unit has been put into operation for three times but the argon fraction could not be extracted.The problem was discussed and a series of measures have been taken to recover the working condition of argon system.Improvement work in the later stage was also put forward.
