摘  要:循环流化床锅炉具有污染物控制成本低、燃煤适应性广等优点,但冷态启动时间长、成本高是制约其发展的瓶颈。针对循环流化床锅炉在启动过程中油枪熄火频繁、床温波动等现象,通过油枪改造、调整点火操作、启动床料厚度、燃煤粒径再分配等技术措施,提高锅炉点火效率,降低点火成本。Circulating fluidized bed boiler has the advantages of low cost of pollutant control and wide adaptability of coal combustion,but its development is restricted by long cold startup time and high cost.In view of frequent flameout of oil gun and fluctuation of bed temperature during startup of circulating fluidized bed boiler,technical measures such as oil gun transformation,adjustment of ignition operation,starting burden thickness and coal particle size redistribution were adopted to improve boiler ignition efficiency and reduce ignition cost.
