摘　　要：针对某抽凝式发电机组汽轮机因调速系统故障引起负荷失调的问题,梳理调节动作流程,找出故障判断关键,确定问题点位,采取针对性措施解决负荷波动问题。Aiming at the problem of load imbalance caused by the fault of speed con⁃trol system of a condensing turbine unit,the paper combs through the regulating action pro⁃cess,finds out the key points of fault judgment,determines the problem point,and takes tar⁃geted measures to solve the problem of load fluctuation.
