摘  要:干熄焦一次二次除尘使用气力输灰与传统机械输送方式进行对比,对其中的关键技术参数和节能参数进行了计算、对比分析。实践证明,在干熄焦工艺除尘中,气力输灰方式完全可以替代机械输送方式,其节能效果明显,且过程完全自动化,实现远程实时监控运行状态,减少了粉尘通过加湿后汽车二次运输的跑、冒、漏,减少环境二次污染,使除尘灰直接按比例进入配料工艺综合利用。Compared with the traditional mechanical conveying method,the key techni⁃cal parameters and energy-saving parameters of pneumatic ash conveying in primary and sec⁃ondary dedusting of cdq are calculated and analyzed.Practice has proved that the pneumat⁃ic conveying mode can completely replace the mechanical conveying mode in the dedusting process of CDQ.The energy-saving effect is obvious and the process is fully automatic.It can realize remote real-time monitoring of the operation state,reduce dust running,emitting and leakage in secondary automobile transportation after humidification,reduce environmental secondary pollution,and make the dust directly enter the batching process for comprehen⁃sive utilization.
