摘 要:对双排钢柱型椭圆管散热器的散热量进行了实验研究,分析确定了该类散热器影响其散热量的定型尺寸。运用MATLAB软件,基于最小二乘法原理拟合出散热量与定型尺寸之间数学函数关系式,运用此拟合公式,计算出实验所用的双排钢柱型椭圆管散热器在新的国家标准工况(△t=44.5℃)下的拟合散热量。将此散热量与经过实验测定的标准散热量进行比对,得到二者散热量相对计算偏差均在10%内,说明该类散热器散热量拟合经验公式具有较大实用性,为双排钢柱型椭圆管散热器的设计选用提供了借鉴参考。The heat dissipation of the double-row steel-column-elliptical-tube radiators was studied experimentally,and the heat dissipation size of this kind of radiator is analyzed and determined.Using MATLAB software,based on the principle of least squares method to fit the mathematical function relationship between heat dissipation and shaping size,using this fitting formula,the fitting heat dissipation of the double-row steel-column-elliptical-tube radiators used in the experiment is calculated under the new national standard working condition(△t=44.5℃).Comparing the heat dissipation with the experimentally measured standard heat dissipation,the relative calculation deviation of the heat dissipation is within 10%,it shows that the empirical formula of heat dissipation of this kind of radiator is practical,which provides a reference for the design and selection of double-row steel-column-elliptical-tube radiators.
