马鞍山市农村居住建筑能耗现状与影响因素分析

摘　　要：以马鞍山市向山镇杜塘村为研究对象,通过实地调研与问卷,对2016年~2018年村内家庭基本情况、居住建筑围护结构、家庭用能现状、可再生能源利用等能耗相关信息进行统计。基于统计结果,定量分析农村居住建筑能耗现状,并使用SPSS软件确定,能耗及其影响因素间相关关系的显著性。结果表明:①近三年家庭人均总能耗均值分别为176.5 kgce/(p·a)、237.1 kgce/(p·a)、331.5 kgce/(p·a),电力为家庭主要用能类型。②相关与偏相关分析表明,农村居住建筑能耗与常住人口,人员结构,家庭收入,建筑面积,家电数量和太阳能与生物质能使用6个因素显著相关。本研究可为当地及周边长三角地区城市化和新农村建设阶段农村建设与建筑节能工作提供指导。Based on the field investigation and questionnaires from 2016 to 2018 in Dutang Village,Xiangshan Town,Ma’anshan City,this research collected the basic situation of the family,residential building envelope structure,household energy use,and renewable energy utilization which related to the energy consumption.According to the statistical results,the status of energy consumption of rural residential buildings was quantitatively analyzed,and the significance of the correlation between energy consumption and its influencing factors was determine by SPSS software.The results show that,the energy consumption of the villagers in the past three years are 176.5 kgce/(p·a),237.1 kgce/(p·a),331.5 kgce/(p·a),respectively.Electric energy is the main energy source of rural residential buildings.Correlation analysis and partial correlation analysis results show that the energy consumption of residential buildings is significantly related to the resident population,inhabitant structure,household income,building area,number of household appliances,solar energy and biomass energy use,and the factors of window frame material.This study would provide guidance for rural construction and building energy conservation in the local and surrounding Yangtze River Delta regions in the stage of urbanization and New Rural Construction.
