摘　　要：随着我国经济、科技的迅猛发展,大学生毕业后择业和就业竞争日趋激烈。如何提高自身实力,以适应社会的需求,是当代大学生面临的严峻问题。大学生职业生涯规划对大学生的自我认知、大学期间的奋斗质量、就业及实现人生价值等都起到至关重要的作用。该文对大学生职业生涯规划的概论、现实情况等问题进行了探讨,从大学生的职业自我完善入手,阐述了大学生职业生涯规划的必要性和好处。With the rapid development of economy and science and technology in China,the competition of job selection and employment is becoming increasingly fierce.How to improve their own strength to meet the needs of the society is a serious problem faced by contemporary college students.College students’career planning plays an important role in their self-awareness,struggle quality,employment and life value.This paper discusses the problems of College Students’career planning,such as the introduction,the reality and so on.Starting from the self-improvement of College Students’career,it expounds the necessity and benefits of College Students’career planning.
