摘 要:通过对烧结配矿结构、燃料加工及配加工艺进行优化,分析烧结大比例精粉使用问题,提高精粉配比至28%,改善了烧结矿热态冶金性能;优化成品矿转运流程、改善混合料制粒效果,解决了高精粉比例条件下烧结产量降低的问题。应用实践表明,烧结矿低温还原粉化指数提高5.6%,烧结固体燃料消耗较工艺改进前降低2.22 kg/t,成品率提高1.27%。Through the optimization of the sintering ore matching structure,fuel processing with addition process,a large proportion powder sintering using problem was analyzed,the fine powder ratio was improved to 28%,the metallurgical properties of sinter temperature was improved.The product ore transport process was optimized,granulating effect was improved.The problem of sintering yield reduction under the condition of high precision ratio was solved.The application shows that the sinter temperature and reduction desintegration index was increased by 5.6%,the sintering solid fuel consumption was reduced 2.22 kg/t,the yield was increased by 1.27%than that of before process improvement.
