摘　　要：莱钢6#1000 m3高炉,采用激光雷达、3D扫描仪以及附属设备进行开炉精准布料测试,实施布料设备参数等的精准校核,同时在装料过程中,对关键布料参数作出系统的数据采集、分析,得出本高炉布料系统规律和特性,为开炉及高炉日常生产运行,提供了真实可靠的理论依据和数据支撑。In Laiwu Steel,the accurate distribution test is carried out by using radar,3D scanner and ancillary equipment,and the parameters of the distribution equipment are checked accurately for the 6#1000 m3 BF.At the same time,the key distribution parameters are systematically collected and analyzed in the charging process.The rules and characteristics of the blast furnace distribution system are obtained,which provides a real and reliable theoretical basis and data support for blast furnace start-up and daily production operation.
