摘  要:转炉炼钢通过对脱氧剂的加入量进行计算,便于有效进行预脱氧。对合金加入顺序、加入方式以及钢水终点余锰量、出钢量、下渣量、钢包吹氩等多个主要影响脱氧合金化的因素进行分析,并采取工艺控制措施,有效提高了合金收得率及钢水质量,降低了合金成本。Through the calculation of the amount of deoxidizer,it is convenient to pre deoxidize effectively,and the sequence of adding alloy,the way of adding alloy,the amount of residual manganese at the end of molten steel,the amount of tapping steel,the amount of slag,the argon blowing in ladle and other factors that affect deoxidization and alloying are analyzed.And the process control measures were taken,the alloy yield rate and the quality of molten steel were effectively improved and the alloy cost was reduced.
