摘  要:分析了低碳低硅铝镇静钢开浇絮流的主要影响因素有开浇阶段中包钢水温度和钢水的二次氧化等。通过开浇温度、开浇保护浇铸、软吹及钙处理、精炼控制等措施,低碳低硅铝镇静钢开浇絮流比例由20%降至10%,开浇冲棒现象明显减少,开浇絮流现象得到有效控制。The main influencing factors of flocculation in open pouring of low carbon and low silicon aluminium-calmed steel are analyzed,such as temperature of molten steel in the open pouring stage and secondary oxidation of molten steel.Through such measures as casting temperature,protective casting in open casting,soft blowing,calcium treatment and refining control,the flocculation ratio of low-carbon and low-silicon aluminium-calm steel in open casting is reduced from 20%to 10%.The phenomenon of punching bar in open casting is significantly reduced,and the flocculation phenomenon in open casting is effectively controlled.
