摘　　要：分析了制约莱钢高炉煤粉质量原因,创建并推行矛盾发展式原煤阶段把关模型,及时发现异常矛盾,精准执行阶段性矛盾预控方案和把关方案,有效提高了进厂原煤取样把关效率,实现了小时准确率喷吹误差平均<0.3 t/h。This paper analyzes the reasons that restrict the quality of pulverized coal in blast furnace of Laiwu Iron and Steel Co.,Ltd.,establishes and carries out the stage control model of contradictory development raw coal,finds out the abnormal contradictions in time,and accurately implements the stage conflict pre control plan and control plan,effectively improves the efficiency of raw coal sampling and control,and realizes the average injection error of hourly accuracy less than 0.3 t/h.
