高校实验室特种设备现状分析及管理探讨

摘　　要：针对高校实验室特种设备数量多、种类多、分布场所多,管理要求高、管理难度高,部分管理员管理意识淡薄的现状,探讨了如何落实和推进高校实验室特种设备管理工作。提出加强教育培训,强化宣传引导,提升特种设备使用人员的基本素养;加强信息统计,建立联动预警机制,消除特种设备的管理盲点并降低安全隐患;健全信息化管理,助力特种设备的全周期监管等方法,以期推进高校实验室特种设备的规范管理。This paper discusses how to carry out and promote the management of special equipment in university laboratories in view of the current situation that the management of special equipment in university laboratories has many tasks,such as large number,types and places,high management requirements,high management difficulty and weak management consciousness.It is proposed to strengthen education and training,strengthen propaganda and guidance,enhance the basic literacy of special equipment users,strengthen information statistics,strengthen linkage early warning,eliminate blind spots in the management of special equipment and reduce potential safety hazards,and adopt information construction to help the full-cycle supervision of special equipment,so as to promote the standardized management of special equipment in colleges and universities.
