摘  要:目的探讨透明质酸喷雾在面部激光术后患者皮肤修护中的应用效果及安全性。方法将在本院接受面部激光术治疗的72例患者采用随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各36例。对照组术后使用蒸馏水面膜,观察组术后使用透明质酸喷雾。比较两组的干预效果。结果术后第1、3、7 d,观察组的TEWL、EI均低于对照组,皮肤弹性高于对照组(P<0.05);术后第1、3 d,观察组的MI低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的干预优良率高于对照组,不良反应总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论透明质酸喷雾可有效提高面部激光术后患者的皮肤修护效果,减少不良反应的发生。Objective To explore the application effect and safety of hyaluronic acid spray in skin repair of patients after facial laser surgery.Methods A total of 72 patients who received facial laser surgery treatment in our hospital were divided into control group and observation group by the random number table method,with 36 cases in each group.The control group was given distilled water mask after operation,and the observation group was given hyaluronic acid spray after operation.The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results On the 1 st,3 rd and 7 th day after operation,the TEWL and EI of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the skin elasticity was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);on the 1 st and 3 rd day after operation,the MI of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The excellent and good rate of intervention in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the total incidence of adverse reactions was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Hyaluronic acid spray can effectively improve the skin repair effect of patients after facial laser surgery,reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions.
