摘　　要：目的对比分析POCT血糖仪与全自动生化分析仪血糖测定结果。方法选取2018年7月至2019年12月我院内分泌科患者15例,抽取患者清晨空腹静脉血3 mL,用便携式血糖仪(POCT)检测全血样品以测定血糖,用全自动生化分析仪检测分离后的血浆,比较两种仪器血糖测定结果。结果POCT血糖仪检测结果与全自动分析仪检测结果高度相关r=0.992(t=12.56,P>0.05),两种仪器检测结果比较(P<0.05),POCT血糖仪检测结果在规定范围内,无明显偏差。结论POCT血糖仪检测检测结果准确度能够达到临床检测要求,可用于临床检测血糖。Objective To compare and analyze the blood glucose measurement results of POCT blood glucose analyzer and automatic biochemical analyzer.Methods A total of 15 patients in the department of endocrinology of our hospital from July 2018 to December 2019 were selected.3mL fasting venous blood was extracted in the morning,and whole blood samples were detected by POCT to measure blood glucose.The plasma after separation was detected by automatic biochemical analyzer,and the blood glucose determination results of the two instruments were compared.Results There was a high correlation between the results of POCT blood glucose meter and those of the automatic analyzer(t=12.56,P>0.05).The results of the two instruments were compared(P<0.05).The results of the POCT blood glucose meter were within the specified range without significant deviation.Conclusion The CDDS is a high cost,high automation and the precision of the system operation and maintenance of the system must be carried THE accuracy of POCT blood glucose meter can meet the requirements of clinical detection,and it can be used for clinical detection of blood glucose.
