摘　　要：目的探讨冠心病合并高血压患者中动态血压监测仪的应用对血压、心率控制效果与不良反应情况的影响。方法选取我院在2019年6月至2020年1月确诊并治疗的冠心病合并高血压患者106例,依据不同干预方式分成观察组和对照组,对照组使用偶测血压,观察组应用动态血压监测。观察两组患者治疗前及治疗后的心率及血压指标,收缩压(SBP)水平及舒张压(DBP)水平差异;两组不良反应发生率的差异。结果治疗后观察组心率、DBP及SBP均比对照组更低(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率比对照组更低(P<0.05)。结论对冠心病合并高血压患者使用动态血压监测仪来监测患者的血压及心率情况,能够更为显著的降低患者的心率及血压水平,同时还有利于降低患者在治疗过程中相关不良反应的发生率。Objective To investigate the effect of ambulatory blood pressure monitor on blood pressure and heart rate control and adverse reactions in patients with coronary heart disease complicated with hypertension.Methods A total of 106 patients with coronary heart disease complicated with hypertension diagnosed and treated in our hospital from June 2019 to January 2020.All patients were selected and divided into observed group and control group according to different intervention methods.The blood pressure of the control group was measured in pairs,and that of the study group was monitored by ambulatory blood pressure monitor.The differences of heart rate(HR),systolic blood pressure(SBP)and diastolic blood pressure(DBP)were observed before and after treatment.The differences of incidence of adverse reactions was compared between the two groups.Results The heart rate,SBP and DBP levels in the observed group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observed group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Using ambulatory blood pressure monitor to monitor blood pressure and heart rate in patients with coronary heart disease complicated with hypertension can significantly reduce patients'heart rate and blood pressure levels,as well as can reduce the incidence of related adverse reactions during treatment.
