经尿道激光加电切治疗前列腺增生症的照护观察

摘　　要：目的研究经尿道激光+电切术治疗前列腺增生症患者的照护措施。方法在我院泌尿外科2018年2月至2019年12月收治的前列腺增生症患者中选出134例为对象,均接受经尿道激光+电切术治疗,随机分入两组,对照组给予常规围术期护理,实验组在此基础上给予个体化照护,对比两组患者的术后恢复指标等。结果实验组术后并发症发生率为8.96%,低于对照组术后并发症发生率22.39%,P<0.05;实验组患者的护理满意度为97.01%,高于对照组的护理满意度86.57%,P<0.05;实验组患者的术后膀胱持续冲洗时间、导尿管留置时间和住院时间均短于对照组,P<0.001。结论在经尿道激光联合电切术治疗的前列腺增生症患者围手术期实施个体化照护有助于促进患者术后早日康复,值得推广。Objective To study the care measures for patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia treated by transurethral laser+resection.Methods 134 patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia admitted in our hospital from February 2018 to December 2019 were selected as subjects.All received transurethral laser+electrosurgical treatment.They were randomly divided into two groups,and the control group was given Routine perioperative care,the experimental group was given individualized care on this basis,and the postoperative recovery indicators of the two groups were compared.Results The postoperative complication rate of the experimental group was 8.96%,which was lower than that of the control group,22.39%,P<0.05;the nursing satisfaction rate of the experimental group was 97.01%,which was higher than that of the control group 86.57%,P<0.05;the duration of continuous bladder irrigation,catheter indwelling time and hospital stay in the experimental group were shorter than those in the control group,P<0.001.Conclusion Individualized care in the perioperative period of patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia treated by transurethral laser combined with electrosurgical resection can help promote the early recovery of patients after surgery and is worthy of promotion.
