摘　　要：目的探究四手操作护理技术在根管显微镜下取出断针中的应用效果。方法在我院2018年7月至2019年12月收诊的根管内断针患者中选出119例为对象,均在显微镜下取出根管内断针,以随机数字表法分组,对照组患者给予常规护理干预,实验组患者给予四手操作护理技术,对比两组的手术成功率、手术时间、护理满意度等。结果实验组的手术成功率和护理满意度均高于对照组的手术成功率与护理满意度,P<0.05;实验组的手术时间短于对照组,P<0.001;实验组的术中舒适度评分高于对照组,P<0.001。结论四手操作护理技术的应用有助于提高显微镜下根管内断针取出术的成功率,提高术中舒适度,缩短手术时间,值得推广。Objective To explore the application effect of four-handed nursing technique in removing broken needles under a root canal microscope.Methods 119 patients with broken needles in the root canal admitted in our hospital from July 2018 to December 2019 were selected as subjects.All the broken needles in the root canal were taken out under a microscope and grouped by random number table method for comparison Patients in the experimental group were given routine nursing interventions,and patients in the experimental group were given four-hand operation nursing techniques.The surgical success rate,operation time,and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The surgical success rate and nursing satisfaction of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group,P<0.05;the operation time of the experimental group was shorter than the control group,P<0.001;the intraoperative comfort of the experimental group The degree score was higher than that of the control group,P<0.001.Conclusion The application of four-hand operation nursing technology helps to improve the success rate of root canal removal under the microscope,improve intraoperative comfort,and shorten operation time.It is worthy of promotion.
