摘　　要：本文就神钢SG系列空压机为例,介绍了在医院制氧系统中,PSA空压机的运行原理和在日常机组运行中易发生的空压机油耗过多(压缩空气含油量超标)、排气温度过高、不加载以及过载跳机现象频繁这四个最常见的故障现象,并详细介绍以上故障对机组运行产生的影响及维修解决方案,其中空压机油滤、空滤、机油和机组配件更换能直接影响制氧系统的产氧品质。笔者对以上故障的分析解决方案以期能作为同行参考,为类似故障预判、维修提供依据。Taking SG series air compressor of Shengang as an example,this paper introduced the operating principle of PSA air compressor in the hospital oxygen production system and the excessive oil consumption of the air compressor that was likely to occur in the daily unit operation(the oil content of the compressed air exceeded the standard),Excessive exhaust temperature,non-loading and frequent overload and tripping were the four most common failure phenomena,and introduced the impact of the above failures on unit operation and maintenance solutions,including air compressor oil filter,air filter,the replacement of engine oil and unit accessories could directly affect the oxygen production quality of the oxygen generation system.The author's analysis and solutions for the above failures were expected to be used as a reference for peers and provide a basis for similar failure prediction and maintenance.
