摘　　要：目的通过多期动态增强检查技术判断鼻咽癌早期征象粘膜线样强化最高峰时间和持续时间。方法50例鼻咽癌患者进行平扫及多期(12期)动态增强扫描。结果增强第4期约为79 s时明确强化峰值达100%强化,第7-10期持续强化的例数明显减低。结论鼻咽癌增强技术于第3期进行扫描(即45 s),强化峰值为第4期(79 s),增强延迟至第12期(240 s),实现最短时间完整的检查到鼻咽癌粘膜及粘膜下早期线样强化。Objective To determine the peak time and duration of mucosal line-like enhancement of early signs of nasopharyngeal carcinoma by multi-phase dynamic enhancement examination technology.Methods Fifty patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma underwent plain scan and multi-phase(12-phase)dynamic enhancement scan.Results The peak value of enhancement reached 100%at approximately 79 s in the fourth stage of enhancement,and the number of cases of continuous enhancement in stages 7-10 was significantly reduced.Conclusion The enhancement technique for nasopharyngeal carcinoma was performed in the third stage(ie 45 s),the peak enhancement was stage 4(79 s),and the enhancement was delayed to stage 12(240 s)to achieve a complete inspection of the nasopharyngeal carcinoma mucosa and mucosa in the shortest time The next early line-like strengthening.
