摘　　要：目的把应急物资保障作为国家应急管理体系建设的重要内容,健全统一的应急物资保障体系。方法运用RFID仓储管理、态势分析等技术,建立军队医院应急医疗救援集中管理平台。结果集中管理平台建设模块:指挥管理模块、应急救援保障态势分析模块、应急资源管理和保障模块、应急救援处置和资源调配模块、可视化分析辅助决策模块、资源监控模块。结论做到应急救援的统一调度、快速响应和应急保障,提高医疗应急救援能力。Objective To take emergency material support as an important part of the construction of the national emergency management system,and improve a unified emergency material support system.Methods Use RFID storage management,situation analysis and other technologies to establish a centralized management platform for emergency medical rescue in military hospitals.Results Centralized management platform construction modules:command management module,emergency rescue support situation analysis module,emergency resource management and support module,emergency rescue disposal and resource allocation module,visual analysis auxiliary decision-making module,resource monitoring module.Conclusion Achieve unified emergency rescue dispatch,rapid response and emergency support to improve medical emergency rescue capabilities.
