摘 要:以商业化的硅橡胶(PDMS)和添加剂为原料,通过优化添加剂配比,有效地提高了PDMS层的粘附力,并制备了Pebax/PDMS/PAN三层中空纤维复合膜.当PDMS与添加剂配比为1∶3、Pebax涂覆液的质量分数为3%时,复合膜的CO2通量为115.6 GPU,CO2/N2选择性为29.1.证明经过调控的PDMS层表面更容易粘附连续的无缺陷Pebax层.Commercially available PDMS and CRA additives were used to study the functionality of CRA on the increments of adhesive property of PDMS and a three layer hollow fiber composite membrane Pebax/PDMS/PAN was successfully prepared.When the composition of PDMS to CRA was 1∶3,and the mass fraction of Pebax was 3%,the CO2 permeance and CO2/N2 selectivity of the composite membrane were 115.6 GPU and 29.1,respectively.This result demonstrated that the Pebax layer was successfully coated onto the PDMS surface.
