摘　　要：资源一号02D卫星是资源一号02C卫星的升级接续卫星,卫星性能指标均进行了大幅提升。文章从系统设计角度介绍了资源一号02D卫星的总体技术指标,结合需求分析阐述了卫星谱段配置、载荷关键指标和轨道特性等系统指标的确定过程和结果。给出了卫星图像质量改进、偏航定标、姿态灵活性、数据获取能力等方面的技术特点。结合卫星在轨使用情况,给出了后续定量化遥感业务卫星的发展建议。卫星总体方案设计过程,可以作为后续业务卫星和其他卫星系统论证的参考。ZY-1-02D satellite is the promotion and continue satellite of ZY-1-02C satellite.The performance parameters of ZY-1-02D satellite are substantially promoted.This article introduce the system technique parameters in system view.Base on the requirement analysis,the band configuration,payload key parameter and orbit design process are reviewed.Technique characteristics including image quality improvement,side-slither correction,maneuver ability and data acquisition capability are listed.According to the ZY-1-02D satellite in orbit status and application situation,development proposals of the next-generation quantitative remote sensing are given.The design process could be used as a demonstrate to quantitative remote sensing satellites and other kind satellites.
