摘 要:资源一号02D卫星高光谱相机具有内部结构和光路复杂、单机发热量大且分散、控温要求高等热设计难点。文章采用基于多级隔热的分区控温方法,通过优化遮光罩设计、强化隔热措施降低外热流对相机温度的影响;采取电加热主动热控措施提高相机的温度稳定性,通过合理分区控温减小温度梯度;采用一体化热设计方案解决短波电路箱大功率散热难题;采用等效试验方案实现热平衡试验与热真空定标试验的统筹,缩短了试验周期,节约了研制经费。热平衡试验及入轨1年研究结果表明:相机光机主结构温度控制在18.0℃±1.5℃范围内,CCD组件每轨温度波动不大于0.5℃,满足相机的各项温度指标要求。Complex structure and optical path,scattered heating of electronic equipment and stringent thermal requirements lead to great difficulty to hyperspectral camera thermal design for ZY-1-02D satellite.Thermal design method based on multi-level insulation and district heating is proposed.Passive thermal control strategies,such as enhanced thermal insulation design and optimum design of the baffle length,are used to reduce temperature fluctuation.Active heater control loops are taken to meet the thermal requirements.The integrated design scheme is used to solve the heat dissipation of short wave circuit box.The equivalent test scheme is adopted to rea ̄lize the overall planning of thermal balance test and thermal vacuum calibration test,which shor ̄tens the test cycle and saves the test expenses.Thermal balance test and on-orbit analysis of the first year show that the temperature of optical system is in the range of 18℃±1.5℃and the temperature fluctuation of CCD assembly is less than 0.5℃on orbit,which meet the temperature requirements of camera.
