摘 要:为进一步提高资源一号02D卫星在轨飞行模式测试验证的充分性,结合飞行程序规定时序,形成典型飞行任务剖面序列,设计关键测试系统。发射前阶段和发射阶段,设计综合测试数据判读系统,解决卫星遥测自动化监视判读的难题;状态建立阶段,设计智能模块化火工品测试系统,实现对火工品控制电路测试过程的精确测试验证;在轨测试阶段,设计通用任务规划仿真推演系统,保障用户任务生成的及时性和安全性,实现自主任务仿真验证及场景展示;在轨应用阶段,设计通用化的有效载荷数据实时处理系统,对多种有效载荷数据进行高速并行数据分发、处理和存储,同时自动对各级数据进行分析判读。面向飞行任务的关键测试系统设计,充分模拟资源一号02D卫星在轨各种任务场景,保证了系统逻辑验证覆盖的完备性,为卫星在轨飞行零故障提供有力支持,具有较好的通用性。To further improve the adequacy of flight mode testing validation on orbit for ZY-1-02D satellite,a typical flight mission profile sequence is formed,and critical testing system is designed according to the time sequence provided in the flight program.An integrative testing data judgment system applying to pre-launch and launching phase is designed to solve the problem of monitoring and judging of satellite telemetry automatically.An intelligent modular explosive initiator testing system applying to the state establishment phase is designed,which can realize the precise verification of the testing process of the explosive initiator control circuit.An autonomous mission deducing system applying to the orbit testing phase is implemented,which can guarantee the timeliness and safety of the tasks for the user,and the autonomous mission simulation verification and scene display.A universal payload data processing system during on-orbit application is designed,which can transfer,process and store multipath effective payload data in parallel at high transmission rates.Besides,the data of each level can be analyzed and interpret automatically.This flight mission-oriented critical testing system design can not only fully simulate every mission scene on orbit for ZY-1-02D satellite,which can cover the completeness of system logic,but also give a strong support for the zero failure fight on orbit.This system is well universal.
