摘 要:针对资源一号02D卫星“一步正样”的研制需求,通过充分继承、适度配置、控制修改的研制思路实现了控制分系统的软、硬件设计。为了保障卫星在轨安全可靠运行,制定在轨故障预案及处理措施;采用小推力器进行轨道控制和动量轮进行姿态控制的轨道维持策略,简化轨道控制流程。资源一号02D卫星发射后,控制分系统运行稳定,姿态控制精度等指标满足要求,设计满足卫星的研制需求。The development of ZY-1-02D satellite goes direct from conceptual design to flight model manufacture.The hardware and software of control subsystem are realized in an economical way by taking advantage of the design of similar satellites and controlling the modifications.In this paper,the failure plan and treatment measures of control subsystem to keep the satellite working smoothly on orbit are introduced.Meanwhile,the method of orbit maneuver using low-thrust engine and 3-axis attitude controlling by moment wheels which simplifies the process of orbit maneuver are also introduced.Since the launch of ZY-1-02D satellite,the control subsystem works steadily and the attitude control precision indexes meet the requirement.The on-orbit performance of the control subsystem shows that the subsystem design satisfies the satellite development demands.
