摘　　要：目的探讨颈椎前路手术治疗伴有眩晕症状的颈椎病患者的临床疗效。方法对36例伴有眩晕症状的颈椎病患者行颈椎前路手术,包括颈椎前路椎间盘切除融合术、人工颈椎间盘置换术及颈椎前路Hybrid术。使用眩晕障碍量表(DHI评分)对手术前后眩晕程度进行评估,采用mJOA评分对手术前后神经功能进行评估。结果患者均获得随访,时间12~25(13.9±3.3)个月。术后12个月,DHI评分、mJOA评分均较术前明显改善(P<0.001);DHI改善率为86.11%(31/36),mJOA改善率为40%~100%(67.6%±14.4%)。结论颈椎前路手术可有效改善颈椎病患者伴随的眩晕症状。Objective To investigate the efficacy of cervical spondylosis with vertigo treated with anterior cervical surgery.Methods Thirty-six cervical spondylosis patients with vertigo underwent anterior cervical surgery,including anterior cervical discectomy and fusion,artificial cervical disc replacement and cervical anterior Hybrid technique,Dizziness Handicap Inventory(DHI)score was used to evaluate the degree of vertigo before and after operation,mJOA score was used to evaluate the nerve function before and after the operation.Results All cases were followed up for 12~25(13.9±3.3)months.At 12 months postoperation,the DHI score,mJOA score were significantly improved than the preoperation(P<0.001);the DHI score overall improment rate was 86.11%(31/36),the mJOA score overall improvement rate was 40%~100%(67.6%±14.4%).Conclusions Anterior cervical surgery can effectively improve the symptoms of vertigo in patients with cervical spondylosis.
