摘　　要：目的探讨内外侧入路结合腓骨远端锁定板空心钉治疗三踝骨折的疗效。方法采用内外侧入路结合腓骨远端锁定板空心钉治疗38例三踝骨折患者。末次随访时采用AOFAS踝-后足功能评分标准评价疗效。结果患者均获得随访,时间6~24个月。末次随访时采用AOFAS踝-后足功能评分标准评价疗效:优30例,良5例,差3例,优良率92.1%(35/38)。结论内外侧入路结合腓骨远端锁定板空心钉治疗三踝骨折疗效满意。Objective To explore the effect of trimalleolar fractures treated with medial and lateral approaches combined with the distal fibular locking plate and cannulated screw.Methods The 38 cases of trimalleolar fractures were treated with medial and lateral approaches and fixation with distal fibular locking plate and cannulated screw.At the last follow-up,the effect was evaluated according to the AOFAS ankle-hindfoot function score criterion.Results All patients were followed up from 6 months to 24 months.At the last follow-up,the effect was evaluated according to the AOFAS ankle-hindfoot function score criterion:30 cases were excellent,5 cases were good,3 cases poor,and the excellent and good rate was 92.1%(35/38).Conclusions The medial and lateral approaches combined with the distal fibular locking plate and cannulated screw for the treatment of trimalleolar fractures are satisfactory.
