摘  要:为解决露天大孔径深孔爆破普遍存在大块率高的问题,采用中部空气间隔装药代替原有连续装药。通过ANSYS/LS-DYNA有限元软件构建了上下装药比例分别为1∶4、3∶7、2∶3及1∶1时,空气间隔占比分别为炮孔长度的10%、12.5%、15%、17.5%和20%的计算模型进行分析,结果表明:当上下装药比例为3∶7,空气间隔占比为15%时,孔壁压力没有过多的应力集中,应力分布均匀,孔内有效平均压力最高,高压作用时间长,有利于岩石的破碎块度分布均匀。同时构建了当炮孔密集度系数为1.4、1.6、1.75时的计算模型,验证了上述结论。In order to solve the problem that the large-bore and deep-hole blasting in the open air generally has a large block rate,a central air-spaced charge is used instead of the original continuous charge.Based on the ANSYS/LS-DYNA finite element software,when the upper and lower charge ratios were respectively 1∶4、3∶7、2∶3 and 1∶1,the calculation models which air separation ratio is 10%、15%、17.5%and 20%of the length of the blast hole were established for analysis.When the loading ratio is 3∶7 and the air separation ratio is 15%,there is no excessive stress concentration in the hole wall pressure,the average pressure is the highest and the high pressure action time is long,which is conducive to the uniform distribution of the fragmentation of the rock.At the same time,the calculation models for the gun bore density coefficients of 1.4,1.6 and 1.75 were constructed,and the above conclusions were verified.
