摘　　要：通过对安徽省淮河流域生态经济带发展现状的研究,利用DEA效率模型测算安徽省淮河流域内8个城市的经济发展效率,分析安徽省淮河流域生态经济带经济洼地形成的原因及在其发展过程中存在的问题,并在优化资源配置、实现经济突围中提出一条淮河流域经济发展路径。Through the analysis of current situation of Huaihe river basin ecological economic zone development in Anhui province,using DEA model to measure efficiency of eight cities in the Huaihe river basin in Anhui province economic development efficiency,it analyzed the causes of the formation of Huaihe river basin ecological economic zone in Anhui province economic depression and the existing problems in the process of its development,and optimized the allocation of resources and realized the economic breakthrough in Huaihe river to find a path of economic development.
