摘　　要：新型锥齿轮传动式接板辊道采用锥齿轮传动,框架结构不与输送辊道立柱连接,输送不合格玻璃和破碎时产生的颤动不影响输送辊道的输送精度,解决了老式接板辊道的锥齿轮箱漏油、板键联轴器磨损严重、同步带更换频繁、轴承容易磨损、辊道颤动等诸多问题。新型接板辊道便于维护保养、防护效果好、适合长期稳定运行。A new type of bevel gear transmission type plate roller adopt bevel gear drive,frame structure is not connected to the roller conveyer columns.The roller conveyer transmission precision is not affected by the vibration when conveying rejected glass and broken occurrence.The problems of former plate roller table,such as oil leakage of bevel gear box,serious wear of plate bond coupling,frequent replacement of synchronous belt,easy wear ofbearing and vibration of roller table,were solved.The new type of plate receiving roller table is convenient for maintenance and good protection effect and suitable for long-term stable operation.
