摘 要:针对损管指挥面临的困难,结合信息化技术的应用,设计包含舰船生命力状态监测模块,人员定位、生命监测与通讯一体化模块和损管指挥辅助决策模块的新型损管指挥系统,该系统可推动损管指挥实现精确化,并在损管指挥训练中反映出损管行动和灾害发展的互动过程,从而解决损管决策失误多,损管指挥训练过于依赖预案、流程比较固定等问题。Aiming at the difficulties in the command of damage control(DC),combined with the information technology,a new type of DC command system was designed,which includes the ship survivability status monitoring module,personnel positioning,life monitoring and communication integration module,and damage control command assistant decision module.This system can promote the precision of DC command,and reflect the interactive process of DC actions and damage development in the training of DC command,so as to solve the problems such as making many mistakes in DC decision-making,and relying too much on preplan and fixed procedures for the DC command training.
