摘  要:针对某舰船水力管网系统泄露问题,模拟设备和连接管路分别在3种泄漏量情况下的系统节点流量、压力变化情况,对流量平衡法、压力波动法这两种泄露判定方法进行分析验证,对比两种泄露判定方法的适用性,结果表明,相对于压力波动法,流量平衡法更能准确的实现系统设备或连接管段的泄露判定,同时设备/管段供回液节点两端流量变化差值比率大于5%,可以作为该舰船水力管网系统设备/管段的泄露判定依据。Aiming at the leakage problem of hydraulic pipe network system of a certain ship,the system node flow and pressure changes of equipment and connection pipeline under three leakage rates were simulated.Two leak determination methods based on the flow balance and pressure fluctuation were analyzed and verified.The results showed that compared with the pressure fluctuation method,the flow balance method is more accurate to determine the leakage of system equipment or connected pipe segments,and the difference ratio between the two ends of the liquid supply nodes of the equipment/pipe segment is greater than 5%,which can be used as the basis for determining the leakage of the equipment/pipe segment of the naval hydraulic pipe network system.
