摘 要:针对海洋污损生物危害核电平台正常航行和发电作业的问题,通过对比分析滨海核电厂及水面舰艇常用的防海生物污损技术,按照核电平台的特点和工程运行情景对各种技术进行适用性和有效性分析,提出核电平台全周期防海生物污损方案,该方案分为3个层级:预警、主动干预(规避、驱防、应急处置)和被动干预(预拦截、消杀、过滤、临时水源),并根据核电平台运行情景选择合适的技术手段。In order to solve the problem of normal navigation and power generation operation of nuclear power platforms damaged by marine fouling,the common anti-marine biological fouling technology of coastal nuclear power plants and surface warships was comparatively analyzed,and the applicability and effectiveness of various techniques were investigated according to the characteristics of nuclear power platform and engineering operation conditions.The whole cycle anti-marine biological fouling scheme of nuclear power platform was put forward,which was divided into three levels:early warning,active intervention(circumvention,flooding,and emergency disposal)and passive intervention(pre-interception,elimination,filtration,and temporary water source),and the appropriate technical means were selected according to the operation situation of nuclear power platform.
