摘　　要：目的探讨异丙基肾上腺素致大鼠急性心肌损伤后,半乳糖凝集素-3(Gal-3)蛋白表达对心功能损伤大鼠的影响.方法将20只雄性大鼠分为异丙基肾上腺素组、对照组,每组10只.异丙基肾上腺素组:腹腔注射异丙基肾上腺素5.0 mg/kg,1次/d,连续2 d;对照组:腹腔注射等剂量的生理盐水,1次/d,连续2 d.第14天处死大鼠,取材.光学显微镜下观察两组大鼠心肌组织的病理变化,应用Elisa试剂盒测定大鼠血清脑尿钠肽(BNP),应用Western blot方法检测Gal-3蛋白表达.结果与对照组比较,异丙基肾上腺素组的BNP升高(P<0.05),Gal-3蛋白表达升高(P<0.05).结论心力衰竭可能与Gal-3蛋白表达呈正相关,Gal-3蛋白表达越高,心力衰竭越严重.Objective To investigate the effect of Gal-3 expression in rats with cardiac insufficiency after acute myocardial injury induced by proterenol.Method Twenty male rats were divided into ISO proterenol group(n=10)and control group(n=10).ISO proterenol group:intraperitoneal injection of ISO 5.0 mg/kg once daily for 2 days.Control group:intraperitoneal injection of equal dose of normal saline once daily for 2 days,rats were sacrificed on the 14th day.The pathological morphology of myocardial tissue was observed under light microscope;The serum BNP was determined by Elisa kit;The expression of Gal-3 protein was detected by Western blot.Results Compared with the control group,the ISO treatment group had higher BNP(P<0.05)and higher Gal-3 protein expression(P<0.05).Conclusion Heart failure may be positive correlation with expression of Gal-3,the higher Gal-3 protein expressed,the more serious the heart failure was.
