摘 要:采用单因素方差分析和相关分析方法研究不同盐碱化程度草地土壤pH和电导率与地上植被的多样性、地上生物量、植物高度的生态关系.结果显示:Shannon-Wiener指数均随土壤pH和电导率增加而下降,与两者均呈负相关;Simpson指数随土壤pH和电导率增加而增加,表现为正相关;地上生物量与土壤pH和电导率无相关性;植物高度随土壤pH和电导率增大而减小,表现为负相关.松嫩盐碱化草地植物多样性和植物高度与土壤盐碱化关系密切,提高植物多样性可以作为盐碱化草地修复的潜在方式.The single factor analysis of variance and correlation analysis were used to study the soil pH and electrical conductivity of different salinization degree grassland,and the ecological relationship between the soil pH and electrical conductivity and the diversity,biomass and height of aboveground vegetation.Shannon-Wiener index decreases with increasing soil pH and electrical conductivity,of which there is a negative correlation with soil pH and soil conductivity;Simpson index increases with the increase of soil pH and electrical conductivity,showing a positive correlation;The aboveground biomass has no correlation with the soil pH value and electrical conductivity;The plant height decreases with the increase of soil pH and electrical conductivity,it shows a negative correlation with soil pH and conductivity.On the whole,the plant diversity and height of Songnen grassland are closely related to soil salinization,and the improvement of plant diversity can be used as a potential way of salinization grassland restoration through a series of measures.
