摘 要:概述了天然气转化制乙烯工艺中传统技术与新型技术的开发现状及最新研究进展,分析当前传统的有氧偶联技术开发中存在副产物较多,工艺流程复杂且产物分离困难等问题,提出采用等离子体进行无氧偶联,可缩短工艺流程且产物单一,在工艺指标方面具有一定先进性,对有氧偶联工艺与等离子体技术的市场经济性进行了分析。The development status and research progresses of traditional and new technologies in the process of converting natural gas to ethylene were summarized,and the problems existing in the industrialization process of traditional oxidative coupling technology are analyzed.The development of non-oxidative coupling technology for olefin production can realize intrinsic safety and reduce carbon emission.However,the technological process is complicated and the product separation is difficult due to much by-products.Using plasma for anoxic coupling can shorten the process flow and produce few byproducts,which has some advantages in process performance.According to the current market situation,the market value of oxidative coupling technology and plasma technology were analyzed.
