摘　　要：针对国际功能安全标准IEC61508/61511中介绍的安全仪表系统安全完整性等级分析方法的优缺点,提出了一种适合于石油化工装置的技术方法,并在S-Zorb装置进行应用,发现安全仪表系统中存在的薄弱环节,针对不满足风险降低要求、不符合标准规范的安全仪表功能回路提出相关建议措施,提升了装置的安全稳定运行水平。According to the advantages and disadvantages of safety integrity level analysis method for the safety instrument system from the international safety standard IEC61508/61511,this paper proposed a method suitable for the petrochemical equipment technology.The method was applied in S-Zorb device to find weak links existing in the safety instrument system and provide suggestions for the function circuits which were not ableto meet the requirements and conform to the standards.The method improved the safe and stable operation of the device.
